How to upgrade the default CR-10S Pro Hot end to an E3D V6 hot end

Hello,

today we're going to explain how to upgrade your CR-10S Pro with an E3D V6 Hot end.

Firstly print this E3D v6 Mount: Click here.

Then we can start by unscrewing the metal fan holder.
Then we get access to the place where we can remove the old hot end.

Once you have unscrewed the old hot end you can start the assembly of the E3D V6 hot end, for wich you can follow this guide:Click here.

After you have assembled the new hot end we can start mounting it, for this we need our printed part.
Firstly we will screw in the backplate of our printed part,
we do this upside down so we have more space for our print.

After that you can place in the new E3D V6 hot end and place over the front piece we printed. Screw it tight so you cant turn the E3D V6  hot end.

After that you need to recalibrate the leveling sensor, You can use this guide for that:
