Verbeterd ABS formula Zwart 1.75 mm 1000 g for 3D-printers. eSun filament gives you an affordable material with consistent quality.
eABS MAX is de nieuwste formule van eSUN om de kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en gebruiksgemak bij het bedrukken met ABS (Acrylonitril Butadieen Styreen) te verbeteren. ABS MAX combineert een verhoogde taaiheid met een vermindering van krimp, kromtrekken en dampen. Deze kunststof heeft ook een lagere vochtopname en overleefbaarheid van de temperatuur (-20 ° C) zonder te barsten. Net als onze andere ABS-verbindingen behoudt het zijn gevoeligheid voor de nabewerking van aceton.
Ongeacht deze verbeteringen wordt ABS MAX nog steeds het best gebruikt met een verwarmingsbed (80-100 ° C) samen met extra kleefstoffen zoals 3DLAC of Kapton-tape. De extrusietemperatuur varieert van 200 - 240 graden afhankelijk van de printsnelheid en extrusiestroomsnelheid.
